hiya i got an mp3 it was working perfectly until i listend to it on the bus it said incorrect format and it shutdown, now it doesnt turn on and when i try to put it on my pc ,the installation window pops up and says reformat, when i click next it says finished reformating, but the mp3 player doesnt switch off and i cant find it on my computer there is no drive ( it used to be :f) please help if, you need anymore information ill be happy to tell you. the model number is mf-fm11e2k 256mb and a cable one. ty it says in the window player recovery device class

So I am thinking about buying an enV but I am wondering about the MP3. DO you have to buy like a memory card thing ey and transfer the songs onto that and THEN put it in your phone?? Or does it come with a usb cord to hook into your computer??? Or do you have to buy it sepratley? I am confused...
